ASHLEY LYN CAFAGNA
Ashley Lyn Cafagna
was born in Iowa City, Iowa
on 15 February 1983.
Ashley was raised
in San Diego, California.
Ashley began her career in 1994
when she was eleven years old
and was entered
in a talent search.
She placed first
out of a field
of over 300 hopefuls.
She was subsequently signed
and booked her first audition
for a national network
L. A. Gear commercial.
Since then she has moved on
to many other projects
both in television and film.
Her first theatrical break
came in the Spring of 1994
when she played a starring role
in Clive Barker's thriller
~ Lord of Illusion.
Other films soon followed,
including leads in Kid Midas,
Demon In a Bottle,
Mystery Monsters
and Werewolf Reborn.
Between shooting these movies,
she also found time
to shoot a pilot
for Disney/WBN in 1995
entitled It Ain't Easy
as the series regular ~ Star.
Although the show
failed to get picked up,
that didn't slow Ashley down.
For the past two years
Ashley has played
~ Liz Miller ~ on NBC's
Saved By The Bell:
The New Class.
A fantastic experience for her
~ she even had the opportunity
to shoot as a major guest star
on the highly acclaimed
WB series Seventh Heaven
during her hiatus.
Most recently Ashley
signed a three year contract
with CBS' daytime show
The Bold And The Beautiful
playing the role of the lovely
~ Kimberly Fairchild.
She is thrilled
to have the chance
to stretch her acting skills.
Ashley has been nominated for
The Hollywood Reporter
Young Star Award.
The awards show will air
in November of 1999.
